What SapanBase does, where the private beta is at, and how it all fits together. For step-by-step guides, see the help center docs.

It's an all-in-one support platform for any team: five tools you'd normally buy and wire together separately, built as one workspace: a knowledge base your customers actually find, an AI agent that answers from your docs, a shared inbox that runs your support, a versioned changelog, and a developer surface (REST API, webhooks, versioned docs) for when you need it.
We're in private beta. The product is real and we're onboarding the first teams in small batches so we can work closely with each one. Join the beta and we'll reach out as spots open up; new ones free up every week.
Today you can import from Help Scout and Notion: articles, structure, and images, with your formatting preserved. More sources are on the way. (We don't do Zendesk or Intercom imports yet, so we won't pretend we do.)
It answers from your published docs, not the open internet. Every reply is grounded in your articles with semantic (vector) search and comes with citations, so customers can check the source. Add it to your site with a two-line embed. You set an AI budget your plan enforces, and when a question falls outside your docs it escalates to a human on your team.
Yes. This is the developer side of SapanBase. There's a REST API at api.sapanbase.com/v1 with scoped API keys and webhooks, plus an MCP server (OAuth 2.1) and a Claude Code plugin so you can draft and update docs from your terminal. Every article lands as a draft you review and publish, nothing goes live on its own. The API docs are versioned (draft / beta / stable / deprecated) with an OpenAPI 3.0 schema and copy-paste code samples.
Yes. Map a custom domain like help.yoursite.com with SSL provisioned automatically, and white-label the experience so it's yours, not ours. Branding is per knowledge base, so if you run more than one, each KB can carry its own look.
Every account starts with a full-featured 14-day Pro trial, no card required, so you can try the whole box before anything's charged. After that, if you haven't subscribed, you land on our Free plan instead of a lockout: a real knowledge base with up to 25 published articles. See the Pricing page for the paid tiers; beta members lock in today's early-access rates.
Your content stays yours. The AI agent answers only from the docs you choose to publish, and the embeddable widget uses HMAC-signed user identity so you control who can see what. We're building security in from day one and will publish the full details as we move toward general availability.
